Description
Leviton Straight blade duplex receptacle in ivory color features nylon body and face for impact as well as rust resistance. Receptacle has a power rating of 1 hp at 125 Volts/2 hp at 250 Volts and comes with zinc-plated steel strap and clamp nuts. It works at full rated current and can withstand dielectric voltages up to 2000 Volts. It features large-head terminal screw that is backed out and staked for easy installation. It can withstand various demands of commercial/institutional applications and features shallow design for maximum wiring room in box as well as captive mounting screws for quick installation. The 2-Pole self-grounding receptacle has three-wire circuitry and comes with 0.031-Inch thick heavy-duty brass triple-wipe line contacts for longer service life. Receptacle has current rating of 20 Amps. Receptacle has back and side wired connection for added convenience. It measures 1.560 Inch x 1.090 Inch x 4.060 Inch. It can accommodate a wire of size 14 – 10 AWG and has brass-hot, green-ground and silver-neutral terminal for easy identification. It has brass 10-32 terminal screws, brass 8-32 grounding screw, brass plated ground clips and 5-20R/6-20R NEMA configuration. It has a rated V-2 flammability and operates at -40 to 60 deg C temperature. It can be used to achieve superior flush alignment by the convenient washer-type break-off plaster ears. Receptacle is UL 498 listed/CSA certified and meets NEMA/ANSI standards.
